• Items were ordered in error and are unused and still in their original packaging (25% restocking fee will be applied after 30 days)

2. To return goods, please call 800-556-0349 to receive a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with the return shipment. All used instruments must be cleaned and decontaminated and sealed in a package. Shipment must be prepaid by the customer.

3. Product Warranty- Our stainless steel instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the lifetime of the instrument. This warranty does not include maintenance such as sharpening due to general use or damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods. The following limited warranties also apply: Laparoscopic Instruments 2 year warranty; LEEP Instruments 1 year limited warranty for the nylon coating. As the manufacturer of all of our Disposable Instruments, we are committed to Quality and guarantee these products are free from defects in workmanship and materials up until the product expiration date.
